Trick-or-Treating

The young Jedi knight that I apparently have given birth to has enough candy to last him until next Hallowe'en. I'm not kidding, between his grandmother and great-great-aunt, he ended up with about three bags of candy *shakes head in despair*.

He could care less. It's funny. He likes one piece of candy a day, but not more than that. It's the act of trick-or-treating that he enjoys. Plus, our town has a huge block party and lots of people, so it required stamina to make it through the town. He had more than we did.

I am exhausted, as usual, having hit my midweek late night/up early pattern, and must go home. But it was time to post something a little more interesting than a quiz.

Knitting from the gut

Somebody sent me this little link here, which I thought might interest knitters and non-knitters alike.

[Edit: I have fixed the link. Sorry]

Er?

Ok, so has anybody else who has gmail been getting this weird thing where it says you have an unread message in your inbox, but when you click on it, it doesn't show up? In fact, nothing happens at all except that the 1 goes away. This has happened to me two days in a row. I just sort of wonder if I'm losing emails or if it's all a tease.
