spring in my step
Feb. 25th, 2004 07:54 pmTime to go jump up and down with bells on, and wave hankies and sticks around.
It's almost spring, I'm kinda hyperactive. People are beginning to tap trees around here, I think, although I have no direct proof of that, only hearsay. The river is still frozen and the wind is still chill. Goulds Sugarhouse has plowed their driveway, and usually open March 1, ready or not with sap-boiling. My parents' driveway is just starting in on mudbath season. I'm pretty sure, pretty sure it's imminent. *smiling*
