May. 11th, 2009 09:47 amI seem to have gotten very busy with real life, and haven't done so much posting these days. *waves hi*
It's dancing season, that's why, of course. We danced at the Arnold Arboretum in J.P. yesterday, after taking an accidental detour through Cambridge and Harvard Square, Watertown and Waltham. :P Yeesh. But it was a perfect day for dancing; the weather could not have been better. The pub scene afterward was fairly rollicking, too, much dancing of jigs and some decent singing. I have my voice back enough to sing a bit--I'd lost it entirely on Saturday last week, no doubt due to being up all night on May Eve--so at least I sang the Mingulay Boat Song with Rose, and was able to sing along with a few other things, even if I couldn't lead any songs myself.
Perhaps we will go to the Toronto Ale on Labor Day Weekend.
