Molly Team Doings
Nov. 15th, 2008 07:36 pmWe went dancing today, despite the monsoon that blew in this morning:

We danced at Barton Cove, which looked pretty amazing today:

I'm pretty tired now. We started at 11 at the Gill Store, had lunch there (where I left my debit card and had to go back for it later), had a nature stand (Barton Cove, see above) with the dinosaur tracks and the petrified waterfall and the eagles (although I think the eagles are gone for the season), then to the Connecticut River Discovery Center where we had a lovely wooden floor to dance on that took well to stomping, but where, despite our tour leader arranging things, they weren't expecting us and were a bit upset, then to Storm's house for a dancing visit because he just had dental surgery and needed cheering up, and then, at last, to Rachel's for her housewarming party, at which point I discovered my missing card and had to drive back to Gill. We weren't done until 4:30. Most of us danced most dances, and I think I danced all but three. I am now beat, but feel refreshed and happy from endorphines.

Now it is very windy and making weird noises.
