I've been thinking about you, and wondering how you are doing. But, of course, I've been too busy to actually do anything about it. Any chance of a quick visit after study group on monday? Otherwise, let's find some other way. I hope things are progressing in a way that pleases you and that the progress is not too painful. Send news when you can.

Mmmm, things aren't so great right now. I almost stopped to see you on Tuesday afternoon, because I was less than a mile from your house, but then I couldn't. I don't know if I will have time after study group on Monday, but if we can make a plan at some point, that would be cool. Or on the phone. *sigh* As always, M. knows what's going on.

This poem didn't feel quite finished to me, but what do you think?
